1:1 Breathwork

Two ways in.

Most people come to breathwork with something specific. A mind that won't go quiet. Stress that isn't clearing. Or something older, underneath, that they can feel but can't quite reach.

One to one, the hour is built around whatever you walked in with. No group to keep pace with. No version of yourself to hold together. Just you, the breath, and me alongside you while you do the work.

There are two ways in. A Reset Session, for when you need the noise to come down. Transformational Breathwork, for when you're ready to go further than that. Start wherever you actually are.

Underneath both is the same work. Becoming a grounded and centred human. Self-led. Self-guided. Moving through your days with self-belief, trust and alignment to what's actually true for you.

For when you can't switch off.

Some weeks, the mind won't go quiet. The thinking doesn't stop, the stress doesn't drop, and sleep doesn't clear the exhaustion.

Breathwork is the way in.

Slow the breath, lengthen the exhale, and the nervous system comes out of fight or flight on its own. The mind follows the body down.

It's the same breath-flow as the weekly group sessions, just yours alone. Good if a room full of people feels like a lot, or if you simply want the hour to be about you.

You don't need any experience, and you don't need to be in a bad way to come. A reset is a reset. That's a real and good reason on its own.

Transformational Breathwork · $250 · 1.5 to 2 hours

For what thinking can't reach.

There's a kind of stuck that doesn't move with thinking. You've turned it over, talked it through, understood it from every angle. And it's still there. A pattern. A grief. A weight you can feel but can't quite name.

Transformational Breathwork is the deeper work. A longer, held session, an hour and a half to two hours, with room for the breath to take you past the thinking mind and into what sits underneath it.

This is Conscious Connected Breathwork. A continuous, circular breath that, given enough time, quietens the part of the mind that narrates and manages and keeps everything in order. When that goes quiet, what has been waiting underneath gets the space to surface.

I can't tell you what that will be. That's not how this works, and anyone who promises you a particular outcome is selling you something. What I can tell you is that the breath brings up what's ready, and no more than that. My job is to hold the space, steady and safe, while your own system does what it knows how to do.

Because the work goes deep, there's a full intake before your first session. A real conversation, so I understand what you're carrying and we both know the breath is the right tool for you right now. And it doesn't end when the session does. Three days later, once things have had time to settle, we talk again. A short call to integrate what surfaced.

This is trauma-informed work. It is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for it. It is the breath, a long held session, and what your own body has been waiting to move.

If you already know you'll be back.

Some of what breathwork does lands in a single session. Most of it builds. The nervous system learns a steadier baseline by being shown it more than once, and the deeper work especially tends to unfold across a few sessions rather than one.

A pack is for when you already know you want to keep going. You commit once, the saving is real but modest, and the decision to come back is already made. That last part matters more than the money.

If cost is the thing in the way

Money shouldn't be the reason someone who needs this work goes without it.

So each month I keep a couple of spots open for people the price genuinely isn't possible for right now. You pay what you honestly can. If that's nothing right now, that's okay too.

No form, no means test. I'm not going to ask you to prove anything. If cost is the thing standing between you and a session, just say so. The honesty is the whole of it.
