An eight-week measured intervention.

You make a decision at 2pm. You second-guess it at 3pm. You replay it at 9pm. You wake at 3am thinking about it. You go home depleted because you've been holding it together all day.

That's the cost of the borrowed blueprint. The gap between what you know and who you're being.

That's where the exhaustion lives.

Capacity is for the founder, CEO or senior leader who's tired of carrying that gap. Eight weeks. Measured. In your body, not in your inbox.

What changes

Week one. You arrive with the load of the year in your shoulders. We sit down at my place. I take your BOLT score, run the six-marker baseline (stress, sleep, recovery, decision quality, mood, energy). We build your protocol from those numbers. Ten to twenty minutes a day. AM. In-the-moment. PM. Yours, not someone else's morning routine. You leave with the protocol on your phone and the first pattern already moving.

Weeks two to seven. The protocol becomes reflexive. The body learns the return-to-baseline pattern. Decisions start holding overnight. The short fuse at home shows up less, and recovers faster when it does. Each week we meet, in person or Zoom, and tune the protocol against what's actually moving in you. Not what should move. What is.

Week eight. Re-baseline in person. The breath holding longer. The numbers softer. The window widened. You feel the markers as much as you see them. The protocol is something you reach for in the moment, not something you remember to skip.

Eight weeks in, the internal game is running. The external one feels different to stand inside.

The Season · 3 months minimum · For the one in transition

The practice through a life transition.

You've done the work. The therapy. The retreats. The leadership training. The personal development. The books.

And something in your life is moving. A child arriving. A parent's health changing. A business shifting under you. A marriage in recalibration. Or the quiet midlife sense that what mattered five years ago doesn't quite anymore.

And underneath it, the feeling that there's still something you haven't been able to reach. Something the work so far has pointed at but not opened.

That's where The Season meets you.

The breath becomes a daily practice. The sessions become rhythm rather than event. And the most important part of any of this is the messy integration. When you come back into contact with your world and have to navigate it with your evolved inner world. That's the work right there. Not what surfaces in the room. What you do with it once you walk out of the room and back into your life.

What changes

Month one. You arrive with the work you've already done behind you. We start the rhythm. One Reset Session each week. The first monthly Transformational at my place. Two scheduled 15-minute integration calls. The daily protocol begins evolving with what's surfacing.

Months two and three. The practice becomes the operating system, not the thing you do on Wednesdays. The integration calls are where the actual work happens. What surfaced last week. What's surfacing now. What's about to. The monthly Transformational does what it does. You walk back into your world and navigate it with a body that's just been moved.

Three months in. Not bigger sessions. Smaller noise between them. The transition you're in starts moving with you instead of through you. Decisions that look unusual from the outside feel right from the inside. The protocol doesn't ask for willpower anymore. You're not coming for the practice. You're in it.

What's included, each month

  • A weekly Reset Session (four each month)
  • One monthly Transformational Breathwork session, in person at my place
  • Two scheduled 15-minute integration calls
  • A tailored daily practice protocol that evolves with you

$2,500 per month. Three-month minimum. $7,500 to begin.

After three months, rolling month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

And yes, I know how that lands. Three months at this level is a real commitment of money and attention. That's why the conversation comes first. If the fit isn't there, the conversation is still useful. If it is, we begin.

Where The Season is held

The Season is held by me right now. As a second facilitator joins the practice over the coming year, the weekly Reset Sessions will transfer to her delivery. The monthly Transformational and our integration calls stay with me. I'll tell you as it shifts.

The practice held for your team.

You've got a team running hard. A leadership offsite coming up. A partner cohort that needs more than catered lunch and a guest speaker.

In-House is the practice I run with founders privately, held for a room. Same lineage. Same protocols. Same standard.

What changes across the day

Morning. Your team arrives with the load of the week. Devices on. Decisions stacking from earlier. Cortisol already climbing by the time everyone's sat down. We start by bringing the system down. A guided downregulation. The body learning what regulated feels like in this room, with these people.

Through midday. Practical teaching. BOLT-driven CO2 work. The AM, in-the-moment, PM protocol structure. Breath as something they can use on Monday morning, not a concept they'll forget by Friday.

Afternoon. Deeper teaching, or a Transformational session for the group if each individual has been screened and chosen it. Voluntary always.

Integration close. The room is running quieter than it was at 9:30am. The conversations between people who've shared a regulated state are different from the conversations between people running on cortisol. The protocols they leave with are simple enough to keep using on Tuesday. The day was a one-off. What they take with them isn't.
