What this is
A direct conversation with your own nervous system.
Conscious Connected Breathing is a specific breathwork technique — a continuous, connected breath with no pause between the inhale and exhale. Done in a supported private setting, it bypasses the thinking mind and goes directly into the body. Into what's actually being held there.
It is not the same as the weekly sessions. Those are about regulation, practice, and community. This is a different kind of work. Slower. More personal. Designed to surface what a group environment can't reach.
How a session works
Every session follows the same arc.
It starts with a short check-in — where you are right now, what's present, what you've been carrying. Then the breathwork itself, guided and at your pace throughout, running 60 to 90 minutes. Then time to sit with what came up: what it's pointing to in your life, your patterns, your work, your relationships.
The session is 90 to 120 minutes in total. It is not therapy. It is not coaching in the traditional sense. It is a direct conversation with your nervous system — and then a conversation with Max about what that showed you.

Start with one. Go deeper with three.
A single session is a complete experience on its own. Whether you have something specific you want to move through, you're curious about the practice, or you just want to see what happens in a private setting — one session is enough to understand what this work does.
The three-session pack is for a different kind of work. One session opens something. Two starts to show the pattern beneath it. By the third, there's usually a thread running through all of it — and that thread is what we actually work with. This is the work that shifts your life trajectory.
Sessions are non-refundable. 24 hours notice required for rescheduling.
