What happens in a session

Each session follows a consistent arc.

It varies in content, but the shape stays the same.

We start with arrival and grounding. A few minutes to settle, get out of the head, and into the room. Then a brief instruction or intention for the session. Then the breathwork itself, guided, with music, at your own pace throughout. Then integration. We don't rush you off the mat. What comes up deserves time to land.

Most people notice the shift before the session is even finished.

What to bring

Your yoga mat. A bolster or pillow if you have one. A blanket if you run cold. Comfortable clothing you can breathe in. Water.

No prior experience required. No particular fitness level. Come as you are.

Similar destination, different doorway. Instead of trying to think your way to stillness, we use the body first. Most people who can't meditate find breathwork much easier to access.
None. The weekly sessions are designed for people at every stage, from complete beginners to regular practitioners.
The most common experiences: a calmer body, a quieter mind, warmth or tingling in the hands, emotional release, and a grounded sense of clarity. Some people feel a lot. Some feel subtle. Both are completely normal.
